Giving Back to the Community

The law firm of Alley, Clark & Greiwe and its attorneys, staff, and their respective families recognize the importance of giving back to our community.  We are proud supporters of various charitable organizations in and around the Tampa Bay region. Please visit the websites of just a few of the charitable organizations highlighted in this section to learn more about these important causes in our community.

ALS Association - Florida Chapter

This organization was co-founded by patient Ann Smith in August of 1987 as the Tampa Bay Chapter to serve the needs of patients living with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig's disease. In 2001, the Tampa Bay Chapter expanded its services to all areas in the state of Florida and became known as the Florida Chapter. The ALS Association is the only national non-profit health organization dedicated solely to the fight against ALS.

Our firm proudly supports the ALS Association Florida Chapter. C. Todd Alley and his wife, retired Hillsborough County Circuit Court Judge Cynthia Holloway, are both former board members of the ALS Association Florida Chapter. The Alleys hosted a Golf tournament for the charity for five consecutive years that raised in excess of $500,000 for this important charitable organization.

Metropolitan Ministries

Our firm is proud to support this vital organization that provides hot meals and shelter to the Bay Areas most needy families. For over 40 years, Metropolitan Ministries has served poor and homeless men, women, and children in the Tampa Bay region. The organization serves hundreds of families daily through Outreach Services, offers a variety of supportive programs, and is committed to breaking the cycle of poverty.

Bay Area Legal Services

Bay Area Legal Services is a non-profit legal organization that provides free legal services to low-income individuals and families throughout the Tampa Bay region and across the State of Florida.  For over a decade, our attorneys have made an ongoing commitment to promote the mission of this important organization that provides a variety of free legal services to more than 25,000 families per year.

Mary Lee’s House Child Protection and Advocacy Center

Mary Lee’s House is a community collaboration committed to protecting, respecting, and healing the children of abuse and neglect. Cindy Holloway, the wife of firm partner C. Todd Alley, is a Board member and they actively support this important organization. Over the last two years, Cindy has served on the golf committee that has raised over $800,000.00 for this deserving children's advocacy program.

The First Tee of Tampa Bay

Officially formed in 1999, The First Tee of Tampa Bay now provides more than 40,000 children each year with hands-on, interactive golf experiences along with introducing them to The First Tee’s Nine Core Values. The First Tee program uses the game of golf to provide young people with the chance to develop life-enhancing values like confidence, perseverance and judgment. The First Tee teaches a series of life skills such as goal setting, how to meet new people, and staying healthy in all of its programs.

The Friends of The First Tee Tampa is a group of select community leaders who help guide and enrich The First Tee of Tampa Bay. C. Todd Alley and his wife are presently members of the First Tee of Tampa Bay.
