Biography:
Mr. Clark appeared and successfully argued before the Supreme Court of the United States in the case of United States of America vs. Raymond J. Place in 1983. In 1996, Mr. Clark was presented the Michael A. Fogarty Memorial "In The Trenches Award" which is awarded annually to the civil trial lawyer in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit for excellence in trial skills and ethical conduct. Most recently, he was named through a peer selection process as a top Florida lawyer by Florida Monthly Magazine and selected again for the latest edition of “The Best Lawyers in America” in two categories – Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice. He has recently authored a chapter in Florida Medical Malpractice Handbook entitled “Jury Selection.” This first edition book is published by The Florida Bar.
