ALS Association - Florida Chapter
This organization was co-founded by patient Ann Smith in August of 1987 as the Tampa Bay Chapter to serve the needs of those living with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (also known as Lou Gehrig's disease) and their caregivers. In 2001, the Tampa Bay Chapter expanded its services to all areas in the state of Florida and became known as the Florida Chapter. The ALS Association is the only national non-profit health organization dedicated solely to the fight against ALS. Todd Alley is a former Board Member of the ALS Association Florida Chapter.  His wife, retired Circuit Judge Cynthia Holloway, took over his duties on the board approximately six years ago and continues to serve today. Todd & Cindy, along with Chicago Cubs Manager Lou Piniella and his wife Anita, annually host a golf tournament at Avila Golf & Country Club to raise money to fight this disease. Over the past five years the tournament has raised nearly $500,000 for ALS.

Susan G. Komen For the Cure
This top-rated charity organization is dedicated to eradicating breast cancer as a life-threatening disease by empowering people, ensuring quality care for all, and energizing science to find the cures. In addition to funding research and outreach projects domestically, Komen has provided more than $30 million in funding for international breast cancer research and more than $8 million for international community education and outreach programs. The Komen Affiliate Network is the nation's largest private funder of community-based breast health education and breast cancer screening and treatment programs. Outback Steakhouse Pro-Am
Todd Alley is presently a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Board of the Outback Steakhouse Pro-Am. Our firm promotes the mission of this program, which has contributed over $2.6 million in the past to approximately eighteen different Bay-Area charities. The 2008 charities included Bay Area Legal Services, Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation, Muscular Dystrophy Association, St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital, and Sydney’s School for Autism.

Metropolitan Ministries
Our firm is proud to support this vital organization that provides hot meals and shelter to the Bay Area’s most needy families. For over 35 years Metropolitan Ministries has served poor and homeless men, women, and children in the Tampa Bay region. The organization serves approximately 100-150 families daily through Outreach Services and offers a variety of supportive programs and is committed to breaking the cycle of poverty.

University of Florida’s Gator Boosters, Inc.
Todd Alley is a former Board Member of University of Florida Gator Boosters program. The mission of Gator Boosters, Inc. is to strengthen the University of Florida's athletic program by encouraging private giving and volunteer leadership from Gators everywhere.

Southern Legal Counsel
Southern Legal Counsel, Inc. (SLC) is a not-for-profit public interest law firm that is committed to the ideal of equal justice for all. SLC litigates on behalf of a diverse group of clients, including children and adults with disabilities, public housing tenants, residents of state institutions, historic communities, public school students, and others who have been denied access to the courts. SLC also provides training and technical assistance to lawyers, lay persons and organizations with similar commitments. Our attorneys have made an ongoing commitment to promote the mission of this organization.

Bay Area Legal Services
Bay Area Legal Services is a non-profit legal organization that delivers free legal services to low-income individuals and families throughout the Tampa Bay region and across the state. Our attorneys have made an ongoing commitment to promote the mission of this important organization that provides a variety of free legal services to more than 16,000 residents per year.
