Toyota Recalls 3.8 Million Vehicles for Faulty gas pedals
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and Toyota/Lexus announced a recall of 3.8 million vehicles following reports of driver-side floor mats causing gas pedals to stick in the full open position resulting in very high speeds. Owners of any of the following model vehicles are advised to immediately remove all driver-side floor mats:
